my dog could bark but she was too gentle and only did once i really miss her i got her for my seventh birthday but she died of really old age a while ago
that is not funny at all..y would u tie him up and just watch him to that..u need to be a good owner and learn how to treat ur dog..take him to the vet or something get it checked
